Ministry Group Description

Macedonia Church Ministry Groups exist as holistic service oriented groups in the Macedonia Church. A Macedonia Church Ministry group will have a complete and balanced mission that offers and encourages spiritual growth (Biblical Study), witness (evangelistic thrust), service activity (outreach through E-4), and social gathering (fellowship opportunities).  Leadership of Macedonia Ministry groups will change every three years. Macedonia Church Ministry groups will always seek to provide an atmosphere in which all ministry members both minister AND are ministered to... in Christ!

Action Team Description

Macedonia Church Action Teams differ from Macedonia Ministry groups in that they are function oriented. Action Teams will also have a balanced mission but there focus will be on carrying forth a particular task or function which could be for a stated time period. Unlike Macedonia Ministry groups, Macedonia Action teams are not required to create events focusing on spiritual growth, witnessing, service activities or hold regular social gatherings for the members of that group. Action Team members will work together under the same leadership structure as Macedonia Ministry groups but the expectations of producing E-4 Outreach/Evangelism activities and other events throughout the year is not a requirement. Leadership of Macedonia Action teams is not required to change every three years. Like Macedonia Church Ministry groups,  Macedonia Action teams will always seek to provide an atmosphere in which all ministry members both minister AND are ministered to... in Christ!
